Hello today I will be telling you some basic information on how clouds form. Clouds are a beautiful force of nature that often are needed to help keep wildlife and humans alive. Clouds make water, humans and wildlife need water, so without any clouds there can't be water which means humans and wildlife can't really get a good source of water. But you also need ingredients to form a cloud without the proper ingredients a cloud won't form and like I said before, there won't be any rain which means no water. So here I will be telling you everything you need to create a cloud!
Clouds are formed by water in the air known as Humidity. Humidity is what makes the days often hotter then they should be. You can tell if there isn't any humidity in the air cause there often won't be any clouds. Clouds suck up the excess water on the ground and that is known as Evaporation. Once the clouds collect enough rain they start to turn grey and then let all of the water out and the Evaporation process starts all over again!
There are currently 4 different types of clouds that I have learned about.
Cirrus
A a bunch of straight lined clouds that often only cover bits of the sky.
Stratus
A cloud that often means it is probably going to rain. They are often grey.
Cumulus/Cumulus Nimbus
Often mean that there is bad weather on the way.
Cirrocumulus
Often found in the morning they are a bunch of small little clouds.
So that is some basic information on clouds! I personally like to look at clouds sometimes and take pictures of them. The End!
